Particulars of arrangements for consultation with or representation by the members of Public in relation to formulation policy or implementation thereof:


Policy decisions taken and implementation done are covered by the Motor Vehicles Act & Rules. Karnataka Motor Vehicles Taxation Act & Rules, RTC Act and KSRTC Rules. If they provide for such a consultation, action will be taken accordingly.
