INFORMATION PREVILEGES GRANTED TO THE CITIZENS:
All the complaints and witnesses and the public who are connected with the criminal cases pending before Court are previlege to contact Public Prosecutors to refresh their memory before giving evidence before Courts and to get latest information of the stage of the case.
Law Books and Periodicals are provided to the use of Departmental Officials and Staff and not for the public use.
INFORMATION THROUGH INTERNET REGARDING STAGE OF THE CASE & OTHER DETAILS:
Government taken steps to supply computers to all the Public Prosecutors. Now all the Deputy Directors and Public Prosecutors are provided with computers and internet connection. Some of the Senior Asst. Public Prosecutors and Asst. Public Prosecutors are also provided with Desktop computers. Necessary steps are being taken to provide internet connection of all the Public Prosecutors, so that information can be collected by the public by sitting in their home or in any place when they require.
