To cater to the needs of the various departments across the State, it is envisaged that the KSWAN shall provide the following services:
- Data Connectivity – The Govt. offices that are having Centralized and De-Centralized applications will be provided a secure and fast bandwidth backbone to transfer their information/data across the State.
- Video Conferencing Facility - Video conferencing is a facility of KSWAN, and it would enable the officer to visually communicate to the officials in Secretariat, High Court, DGP / DC’s / any Departments’ District level officials instantly.

- Voice Connectivity - KSWAN connectivity to the department across the State also provide an IP phone, through which key officials of those departments can have voice communication with his officials or any other department personnel at State / District / Taluka levels.
