KSWAN is a three tier architecture which connects Govt. offices at State, Districts and Talukas level. The connectivity from State Control Room to District Control Room shall be of 6 Mbps bandwidth. Of this 6 Mbps, 4 Mbps would be commissioned by means of multiple leased lines of 2 Mbps capacity each and the remaining 2 Mbps (E1) capacity shall be procured through a Service provider-owned MPLS Network. The connectivity from District Control Room to Taluka Control Room shall be of 2 Mbps.
