CONSENT FEE
 

All new industries are required to obtain consent for establishment, consent for operation is also mandatory under Air and Water Acts.  Consent fees is charged on pollution potential i.e. Red, Orange & Green and also capital investment which varies from Rs.100 to Rs.2,00,000.  Details are given in Table below.
