In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by clause (1) of Article 174 of the Constitution of India, I, T.N.Chaturvedi, Governor of Karnataka, do hereby summon the Karnataka Legislative Council to meet at Bangalore at 10.30 A.M on Thursday the 19th day of January, 2006.
