(a) Public administration including local and municipal Services : Number and importance, special amenities provided to public servants. Public employees’ organisations.
(b) Learned professions like teachers, doctors, lawyers, engineers, etc. Number and importance in the life of the District, and special problems if any.
(c) Domestic and personal services : Domestic servants, barbers, washermen, tailors, etc. Their general economic condition. Labour organisations.
