N0TIFICATION
Whereas the draft of the following rules further to amend the Karnataka Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1968 which the Government of Karnataka proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by section 146 of the Karnataka Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation and Development) Act, 1966 (Karnataka Act 27 of 1966) was published as required by sub-section (1) of the said section in notification No:CD 229 MRE 2007 dated:24/12/2007 in Part-IV A of Karnataka Gazette Extra-ordinary dated:27/12/2007 inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby within Thirty days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
And whereas, the said Gazette was made available to the public on 27th December, 2007.
And whereas, the objections and suggestions received in respect of the said draft have been considered by the State Government.
